tytymo is a classifieds marketplace for vehicles, parts, and automotive services. By using tytymo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Each listing costs $1.00 USD to publish. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once paid, your listing is live for 30 days. You may delete or mark your listing as sold at any time — no refunds on the $1 publishing fee.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing. Do not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content. Do not post anything you do not have the right to sell. tytymo is a venue — we do not inspect, verify, or guarantee any listing, seller, or buyer.
tytymo does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments for goods, shipping, returns, or disputes. All arrangements are between you and the other party. Exercise common sense — meet in public places, verify before paying, and trust your instincts.
Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit items, firearms, ammunition, drugs, or anything illegal under local, state, or federal law. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
tytymo is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to disputes with other users, fraudulent listings, or data loss.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. We will post a notice on the site for material changes.
By providing your phone number for sign-in, you agree to receive a one-time passcode via SMS from tytymo. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. See our privacy policy for details on how we handle your phone number.
